What is Kutchan ID+?
Kutchan ID+ is a service that displays digital proof of town resident status on a smartphone, making it faster and easier to verify town residents and provide services at stores in town.
Digital certificate
Kutchan-cho residents can receive special town resident discounts at stores that offer the service by presenting their digital town resident certificate. Individual Number Card is required for issuance.

*May extend to December 21-22, 2024 - Reason: Digital Agency's Authentication App maintenance
- Note: Kutchan ID+ account registration and certificate presentation for verified users won't be affected. Please complete Individual Number Card verification ASAP.

Parking Reservation within the Hirafu No.1 Parking is now available.
The problem with the registration of your Individual Number Card that occurred on November 27 has been resolved.
Kutchan local discount lift pass for Hirafu-HANAZONO is now available for the town residents.
The manual for residents of Kutchan Town (those holding a certificate of residence) has been uploaded here.
