What is Kutchan ID+?
Kutchan ID+ is a service that displays digital proof of town resident status on a smartphone, making it faster and easier to verify town residents and provide services at stores in town.
Digital certificate
Kutchan-cho residents can receive special town resident discounts at stores that offer the service by presenting their digital town resident certificate. Individual Number Card is required for issuance.
